RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS AND HANDLING CHARGES

If you are not happy with your purchase, please e-mail ex@exstock2user.com or call customer care on +971504768737 to discuss your problem, we will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

All goods are a subject to case-by-case evaluation of suitability for return/refund exstock2user LLC reserves the right to asses such goods as non-cancellable and non-returnable and as such are accepted entirely at the customer’s own risk. Requests by you to return goods to us is subject to case by case evaluation and may be subject to a handling charge, depending on if all of the following criteria are met:

  • the goods have been approved for return/refund by exstock2user LLC
  • the goods are unused and are bought from the exstock2user LLC
  • the goods are in a resalable condition;
  • the goods were invoiced within 30 days of the date of return;

Carriage is organised by us goods must be ready for collection within two days after a returns number is issued. We will only attempt to collect the goods once, goods must be made available for this collection; Items returned must be in their original packaging where possible, all instruction manuals and accessories must also be included; single line returns of less than $50 will not be processed; any goods shipped outside of the UAE must be returned to a valid UAE address at your cost for us to arrange collection.

Handling charges will be levied as follows: goods invoiced within 30 days of the date of return will be subject to a return fee on all orders and either a 20% handling charge or $50, whichever is the greater. All goods must be adequately packed, please email for an address.

For the avoidance of doubt, returned goods will only be accepted if the above requirements are met. exstock2user LLC cannot accept responsibility for returns forwarded by customers using their own carriers.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an item on back order, you must request a Cancellation Number from rrp@exstock2user.com. Credits will not be processed without reference to a specific Cancellation Number. For the avoidance of doubt, some items are non-cancellable and non-returnable. Once an order for direct shipment from supplier is in process, we are unable to either amend or cancel the request.

REFUNDS

If you are not happy with your purchase, ex@exstock2user.com or call customer care on +971585528737 to discuss your problem, we will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

Following the returns process, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
